Congratulations to Bill Middleton on setting a new M60 10K club record of 45:25 at the Darent Valley 10K, beating the previous record of 45:46 set by Steve Burnett at the Greenwich 10K on 19 February 2017.
His performance has been added to the Club Records page.  Congratulations to Gavin Mackay on setting a new M40 5 mile club record of 28:56 at the Battersea Park 5 Mile Road Race, beating his own record of 29:32 set at the same event on 10 May 2016. Gavin was also first in his age category, and third overall.
