They do enjoy the track sessions on a Thursday and last summer they led a few summer fitness sessions (1 credit). Mrs Y is a founding member of PWR. They organise the leaders rota for one of the groups (1 credit) and have led their group at least 10 times in the last year (2 credits). They are volunteering at the water station (1 credit) and have opted not to run the mid-summer event as they have a race that week, but they are helping out and serving drinks instead (1 credit). They were fortunate to be the recipient of a club place prior to the pandemic and ran in the 2017 London Marathon. TOTAL 5 credits

They are keen to get back to racing and are pinning their hopes on a club place, but they did not enter the London Marathon main ballot and therefore do not have a rejection letter. TOTAL 3 credits
