Data Protection
1. The personal details of members that are held by the Club will only be used in connection with and for the sole use of the Club. Under no circumstances will details be passed to third parties, other than England Athletics in order to register athletes.
2. Data pertaining to Club members will not be used in any digital media coverage other than in connection with club activities.
3. Data pertaining to Club members will not be stored by PWR officials on PC or any other format and should only be stored on the club database.
Use of members' data by club officials.
4. For the various reasons such as captain’s team building, health and safety, details of events, coaching, commercial offers, etc the personal details supplied by members will be used and shared at the discretion of the Management Committee.

England Athletics
Affiliated athletic bodies chosen by the PWR i.e. KFL Assembly League etc
Committee members
Captains
Running group leaders
In certain circumstances individual club members where they have volunteered to be an official organiser or group leader in connection with a club event.
