KENT FITNESS LEAGUE

The Kent Fitness League is an enjoyable cross-country series for non-elite athletes (Elite athletes are considered to be sub-34 10K men and sub-38 10K women are excluded from results). Races are staged across Kent from November to February and the league has currently 18 clubs competing. All races are 5-6 miles and usually start at 11am.

If you want to race in the KFL you need to register in advance. There is an upfront fee to cover the cost of your race number and chip for the season and a small fee per race. Contact Gavin Mackay or Club Captains, Nat Juchau & Kev Howarth.
