Both the water station and club places have been combined into 1 club ballot. (Specific number of places TBC).

What constitutes volunteering?
NOTE THAT THERE WILL ONLY BE ONE CLUB BALLOT. THE COMMITTEE DECISION ON ELIGIBILITY WILL BE FINAL

To be eligible to enter the PWR London Marathon ballot:
- You MUST have entered the main London Marathon ballot, been rejected and be able to produce a rejection email or magazine (with your name clearly displayed)
- You MUST have been a first claim member of PWR since 1st December 2019
- You MUST NOT have won a PWR London Marathon ballot place in the past 3 years
- You MUST NOT already have a place in the London Marathon
- You MUST attend the PWR London Marathon ballot draw in person or nominate someone in writing to the membership secretary
- You MUST have volunteered THREE times as detailed below between the following dates November 2021 to October 2022 Or volunteered TWICE as detailed below between the following dates November 2021 to October 2022 AND represented PWR at the 2022 Assembly League or KFL events (21/22 season only).
What constitutes volunteering?
- Tuesday night group leaders (A leader that has lead at least 10 times between November 2021 to October 2022 gains 2 credits, less than 10 times in that period gains 1 credit)
- Mental Health Leader/Ambassador
- Coach/track Leader. Summer Fitness Session Leader, Beginners Group Leader
- Committee Member
- PWR Kit Manager
- PWR Club Photographer
- Organised a coach trip or organised a post event meal (Including reconciliation of payments received)
- Volunteering at/for PW10k, mob matches, midsummer run, members 10k (EXCLUDING CAKE DONATIONS, CHEER SQUAD)
- Supporting the social secretary (Assisting at the PWR Quiz Night & PWR Winter Party are 2 examples)
- Organising KFL and Assembly League registrations
- A member of the Grand Prix Administration team (EXCLUDES PARKRUN VOLUNTEERS)
- Volunteering at the VLM Water Station
