Assembly League 2017The Assembly League, now in its 41st year, takes place on Thursday evenings during the summer from April to September. The six road races are for club runners only and culminate in prizes for individual and team performances at the final race. Although these events tend to attract the faster runners, the are very welcoming to runners of all abilities.
The Beckenham races are the most popular among PWRs being fairly local to us, but the others are well worth a try. Even if you don't consider yourself among the faster runners, don't be put off. These are fun and all inclusive events and enjoyed by all. Do try to be at the start at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. There will be an experienced PWR member on hand to help out with registration and anything else you may wish to know before the race starts. For more general enquiries, please contact Stephen Robson by clicking the e-mail button to the right of the page. Further information on each of the races can be found below, such as the location and any post race socialising which may be planned. Don’t be shy, join us, don’t worry about how to get to an event as there will always be other runners who are happy to car-share and/or travel with you on public transport! We look forward to seeing you at the Assembly League! A Facebook event link is available under each race header. FIXTURES 2017Beckenham - Thursday 6 April 2017 @ 19:15
