PWR-ORGANISED RUNS are Back

Club runs are back on, running in socially distanced groups. If you are interested in finding out more, contact our membership secretary members@pettswoodrunners.org

In accordance with England Athletics guidelines, potential members are not currently permitted to 'turn up and run' on a Tuesday evening. If you are interested in joining the club but would like to have a trial run before committing to becoming a paid member, please email membership@pettswoodrunners.org for more information and session times. WHO ARE WE?
Petts Wood Runners is a registered Community Amateur Sports Club run entirely by volunteers committed to helping charities and the local community. We are 
a friendly and sociable running club with over 600 members. We cater for and welcome runners of all abilities; complete beginners to regular runners. Amongst our members we have runners that have run sub-3 hour marathons, ultra runners and members who just like to come along occasionally on a Tuesday evening for a gentle run in a friendly environment.

We host the annual Petts Wood 10k event, which is regularly a sell out and is consistently voted one of the top 10k events in the UK on the Runner's World forum. 
 

Our beginners' course in the spring or autumn will get you from 0 to 5k - for complete beginners or those wanting to get back to running after a break.

Our regular club training runs are on Tuesday evenings - please see our training page for more information on times, distances and paces.
